Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of commercial building projects from conception through to completion.
• Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs, ensuring they align with client requirements, sustainability goals, and building codes.

• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers to ensure integrated and efficient building systems.

Requirements

• Professional registration as an Architect (e.g., PrArch) with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP).
• Minimum of 8 years of post-graduate experience in architectural practice, with a significant focus on commercial building design.
• Proven experience leading architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful commercial projects with an emphasis on sustainable design.
• In-depth knowledge of sustainable design principles, green building certifications (e.g., Green Star SA), and energy‑efficient technologies.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
