Qualifications

• Professional Architect with SACAP registration and PrArch designation.
• Proven leadership and delivery of complex commercial projects.
• Strong command of Revit, AutoCAD and rendering tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of major commercial/mixed-use projects.
• Manage cross-disciplinary teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Direct client communications and ensure design quality and compliance.
• Develop construction drawings and specs from concept through CD.
• Oversee planning approvals, tenders, and project documentation in Rustenburg.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety and sustainability standards.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development.
• Meet project timelines and budgets for North West projects.
