Placements24 is seeking a Senior Aquatics Program Coordinator to lead the development, management, and oversight of virtual and community aquatics programs across multiple locations from a remote-first environment.

You will coordinate instructor training, curriculum development, and quality assurance to deliver a consistent, high-standard experience for participants nationwide while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in aquatics program management or related Leisure & Sports field.
• Experience in curriculum development and instructor training.
• Proficiency with virtual communication and project management tools.
• Strong understanding of aquatic safety protocols and certifications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the curriculum and delivery methods for all aquatics programs, including swim lessons, water safety, and synchronized swimming.
• Coordinate the recruitment, training, and ongoing professional development of aquatic instructors across multiple regions.
• Utilize virtual collaboration tools to monitor program performance, collect feedback, and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage program budgets, resources, and scheduling to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
• Liaise with community partners, facility managers, and stakeholders to foster strong working relationships and program expansion.
• Ensure all programs comply with relevant safety standards, certifications, and Leisure & Sports best practices.
