Job summary

Communicate Finance is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee end-to-end AP processes and ensure accurate supplier invoicing and payments. The role requires robust experience in a managerial capacity and strong ERP/Excel proficiency.

You will drive month-end close activities, maintain supplier data, and support audits while upholding internal controls. A degree in Finance is advantageous, with a preference for senior-level accounting expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 or more years of experience in a manager role
• Minimum 8 years' of experience in total
• Degree in Finance – advantageous

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of the accounts payable process
• Verify, capture, and process supplier invoices accurately
• Prepare and manage supplier payments and reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve supplier account queries promptly
• Process employee expenses and ensure supporting documentation is complete
• Assist with month-end reporting and financial close activities
• Maintain accurate financial records and supplier information
• Support audits and ensure adherence to internal controls
• Advanced Excel skills with experience using ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
