Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in data modelling, pipeline engineering, and analytics orchestration.
• Mentorship experience: 7 to 12 months supervising or guiding junior team members.
• Relevant Undergraduate Degree (IT, Computer Science, Data, or related) is required.
• Strong knowledge of Data Vault / Dimensional Modelling, cloud data platforms, data lineage, and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data models (Relational, Dimensional, Data Vault) and schema specifications.
• Build, automate, and monitor data pipelines with testing, observability, data lineage, and reconciliation.
• Translate business requirements into data contracts, APIs, and governed data products enabling self-service analytics.
• Ensure governance and quality with data protection and privacy standards.
• Mentor and supervise junior Analytics Engineers and support business users in data access.
