Job summary

Sabio Group is seeking an Amazon Connect Solutions Consultant to design and deliver cloud‑based contact centre solutions in Cape Town. You’ll develop intelligent contact flows, integrations, and omnichannel experiences, while guiding the AWS-based practice and mentoring junior specialists.

You will collaborate with architects, analysts, and client stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure Sabio‑level solutions, ensuring high‑quality delivery and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services.
• Experience leading CCaaS and contact centre transformation projects.
• Ability to design, implement and mentor on cloud-based contact centre solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Amazon Connect contact centre solutions.
• Develop integrations with CRM, WFM, knowledge management, and other systems.
• Lead technical workstreams, provide mentorship, and review designs.
• Ensure security, compliance, and operational excellence.
