The role demands 7+ years in aircraft structures, experience with NASTRAN/ANSYS/Abaqus, and strong knowledge of composites, fatigue, and certification processes (FAR Part 25/CS 25).

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in aerospace/mechanical/civil engineering with a structural focus.
• 7+ years of experience in aircraft structures stress analysis.
• Experience with FEA software (NASTRAN/ANSYS/Abaqus).
• Strong knowledge of mechanics of materials, fatigue, fracture mechanics.
• Experience with composite materials analysis.
• Familiarity with aircraft certification processes and FAR Part 25/CS 25.
• Excellent analytical and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed stress analysis and structural integrity assessments using FEA.
• Analyze structural behavior under static, dynamic, fatigue, and thermal loads.
