Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• 5–8 years leadership experience in Cloud AI Platform Engineering.
• Experience with multi-cloud AI platforms and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of Absa's multi-cloud AI platform stack.
• Define infrastructure-as-code standards for repeatable deployments.
• Own AI compute cost models and FinOps reporting across BUs.
• Define AI platform SLAs and observability for production workloads.
• Lead a team of AI Platform Engineers in agile delivery.
