Job summary

Indsafri is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, prototype and build next-generation analytic engines and services. You will operationalise models, develop AI applications and agents, and create the platforms required to deliver business value at scale.

The role focuses on deploying ML solutions on Databricks, building AI agents and GenAI apps, and ensuring scalable, secure deployments with containerised infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying ML solutions in production.
• Strong Python and SQL with API development experience.
• Familiarity with Databricks, MLflow, Model Serving and cloud AI platforms.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker and containerised deployment.

Responsibilities

• Productionise, deploy and monitor ML models and data pipelines on Databricks.
• Develop AI Agents, GenAI apps and RAG solutions on Databricks.
• Create reusable ML pipelines following MLOps with CI/CD and testing.
• Deploy and manage AI/ML models on AKS and expose APIs via microservices.
• Implement containerised solutions for scalable, secure deployments.
• Monitor performance, drift and reliability in production environments.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to productionise prototypes.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards across teams.
