Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field (CS/Stats/Math).
• 5+ years of hands-on data science with a focus on AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Python or R and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with big data tech (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong statistical modeling, experimental design, and data mining skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Experience with MLOps is a plus; able to work in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy advanced ML models and AI algorithms.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends and insights.
• Design and run experiments to validate model performance.
• Collaborate with engineering to productionize ML models.
• Work with large, complex datasets from diverse sources.
