Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, Computer Science, Public Policy, or a related field with a specialization in technology ethics or AI.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience working in AI ethics, responsible technology, corporate social responsibility, or a related field with a focus on AI.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and their ethical implications (e.g., bias, fairness, privacy, accountability, transparency).
• Familiarity with relevant AI regulations, ethical frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ethical issues clearly.
