• Solid software engineering skills with production-ready code
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS preferred)
• Experience with observability (monitoring, alerting) and keeping models healthy in production
• Experience mentoring junior engineers

Job description

Our client, a leading iGaming Developer is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join the Advanced Data Products team and help build the AI and data-driven products. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and build AI/ML products that drive real business outcomes from ideation to production
• Work closely with business teams (Revenue, Studios, Finance, Marketing, Operations) to uncover high-value use cases
• Run discovery sessions to understand problems deeply, then craft the right data science solution
• Engineer, deploy, and maintain AI/ML systems in production — owning the full lifecycle
• Build and maintain observability tooling to monitor model performance, data quality, and system health
• Mentor junior engineers in the team — sharing knowledge, reviewing work, and helping them grow
• Convert model results into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels
• Scale successful solutions across business functions and regions globally

QUALIFICATIONS:

A B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or related field, with a strong understanding of machine learning and solid software engineering skills that you can write clean, production-ready code. Hands-on cloud experience, AWS preferred, along with a track record of building, deploying and operating ML systems at scale. Experience with observability — monitoring, alerting, and keeping models healthy in production as well as the ability to turn complex AI/ML concepts into clear business language is essential. Experience mentoring, supporting and growing junior engineers is required.
