Job summary

Games Global seeks a Senior AI Engineer to join the Advanced Data Products team, owning AI solutions from ideation to production and scaling globally. You will work with Revenue, Studios, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to identify opportunities and deliver impact.

You will design, deploy, and operate production-grade ML systems, build observability, translate outputs into business insights, and mentor junior engineers while driving AI best practices across the company.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years experience in Software Development.
• Experience deploying and operating ML systems in cloud environments (AWS preferred).

As a Senior AI Engineer, you’ll take full ownership of AI solutions — from ideation through to production and global scale:

• Design and build AI/ML products that deliver measurable business impact across the organisation
• Partner closely with teams across Revenue, Studios, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to identify high-value opportunities
• Lead discovery sessions to deeply understand business challenges and define the right AI approach
• Engineer, deploy, and operate production-grade ML systems at scale
• Build and maintain observability frameworks to monitor model performance, data quality, and system reliability
• Translate complex model outputs into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

• A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
• 4+ years experience in Software Development
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms — and the judgement to apply them effectively
• Excellent software engineering skills with a production-first mindset
• Proven experience deploying and operating ML systems in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• A solid background in model monitoring, alerting, and observability
• The ability to communicate complex AI concepts in clear, business-friendly language
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in ambiguous environments
• Confidence engaging with and influencing stakeholder at all levels
• Experience mentoring and supporting junior engineers
