Placements24 is seeking a Senior Data Scientist with a strong AI focus to join its fully remote team. You will develop and deploy sophisticated AI models that uncover insights from large datasets and drive strategic decisions across the organization.

Working independently and with a distributed team, you will leverage machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling to solve real business problems, communicate results to non-technical audiences, and stay at the forefront of AI

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in data science or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science with AI/ML focus.
• Proficiency in Python or R with ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
• Experience with Spark and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy AI/ML models to solve business problems.
• Perform EDA, feature engineering, and model evaluation for accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders remotely to translate needs into solutions.
