The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in agricultural engineering, strong CAD skills, and hands-on experience with irrigation, soil mechanics, and farm management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in agricultural engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of farm machinery, irrigation systems, soil mechanics, and crop production techniques.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering design tools.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and test new agricultural machinery and equipment.
• Oversee the implementation of irrigation systems, drainage projects, and soil conservation measures.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical consultation on land use planning and farm management.
• Analyze agricultural data to identify areas for improvement and recommend technological solutions.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
