Job summary

MPRTC Recruitment seeks a seasoned engineering leader with extensive underground mining experience to oversee aftermarket support, product reliability and service delivery for mining equipment. Applicants should hold an Engineering degree/diploma (Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic) and bring 10+ years in mining, aftermarkets, and 5+ years in management.

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering.
• 10+ years' underground mining experience.
• 10+ years' aftermarket support experience.
• 5+ years' management experience.
• OEM experience essential.
• Strong product support and reliability engineering experience.
• Underground mining equipment experience.
• Knowledge of diesel mechanics, hydraulics, electrical and control systems.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Power BI and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, technical problem-solving and customer management skills.
