Placements24 in East London, Eastern Cape, seeks a Senior Aesthetic Treatment Coordinator to guide clients from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up. You will be the main point of contact, schedule consultations, explain treatments and costs, and ensure clients feel informed, comfortable, and well cared for.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in coordination or client relations, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience with clinic management software or CRM

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years in coordination/administration/client relations, preferably in medical/aesthetic/beauty.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in clinic management software or CRM systems.
• Professional and empathetic demeanor with a passion for client care.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
• Discretion and understanding of patient confidentiality.
• Proactive problem-solving and team-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with aesthetic treatments is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced East London clinic.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries regarding aesthetic treatments and procedures.
• Schedule consultations with doctors and treatment coordinators, managing appointment diaries.
• Provide detailed information to clients about treatments, costs, and outcomes.
• Guide clients through the entire treatment journey with informed support.
• Coordinate treatment schedules for multiple practitioners to optimize clinic resources.
• Assist with client administration, including maintaining patient records and processing payments.
• Liaise between clients, doctors, nurses and staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle client concerns and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
• Contribute to clinic marketing by promoting services and understanding client needs.
• Maintain knowledge of services, pricing, and clinic policies.
