Placements24 is seeking an Advanced Medical Esthetician & Treatment Coordinator to join a leading East London clinic. You will perform advanced esthetic treatments under physician supervision and craft personalized care plans while coordinating schedules and educating patients.

The role requires extensive skincare expertise, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage complex treatment timelines in a medical setting.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Esthetician with extensive training in advanced skincare procedures.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a clinical or medical spa environment performing advanced treatments.
• Proficiency with various medical-grade skincare devices and technologies.
• Strong understanding of dermatological conditions and their treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage complex treatment schedules efficiently.
• Current CPR/BLS certification and relevant esthetician licenses are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced medical esthetic treatments, including chemical peels, micro-needling, laser treatments, and IPL, under physician supervision.
• Conduct in-depth patient consultations to assess skin conditions, discuss treatment options, and establish personalized care plans.
• Coordinate patient treatment schedules, ensuring seamless transitions between consultations and procedures.
• Educate patients on skincare regimens, product recommendations, and post-treatment care protocols.
• Maintain meticulous patient records, documenting all treatments, progress, and observations accurately.
• Ensure the treatment rooms and equipment are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and sterilization.
• Collaborate effectively with dermatologists, nurses, and other healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, treatments, and best practices in medical esthetics and dermatology.
