Qualifications

• Advanced diploma in Beauty Therapy with specialized training in aesthetic procedures.
• Minimum 5 years as an Aesthetician, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role.
• Proven expertise in a wide array of aesthetic treatments and technologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of business operations within a spa or clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of aestheticians, guiding treatment techniques and client care.
• Develop and implement new aesthetic treatment protocols and service offerings.
• Perform advanced aesthetic procedures, including laser treatments, chemical peels, and injectables (if qualified).
• Manage appointment scheduling, client flow, and ensure efficient operation of treatment rooms.
