Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years in aerospace manufacturing engineering.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize aerospace manufacturing processes.
- Oversee integration of new manufacturing technologies and automation.
- Ensure processes comply with AS9100 and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze production data for efficiency, cost, quality improvements.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with design, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation (WIs, SOPs, diagrams).
- Lead and mentor junior engineers and staff.
- Manage tooling, equipment, and fixtures design/procurement.
- Drive continuous improvement with Lean and Six Sigma.
