Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 10+ years in mechanical design with at least 5 in aerospace.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams.
• Expert CAD skills (CATIA, NX) and FEA/CFD capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of aerospace materials, processes, and testing.
• Strong understanding of aerospace regulations and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design, analysis, and validation of aerospace components.
• Mentor and manage performance of a team of mechanical engineers.
• Create detailed 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings.
• Conduct FEA and CFD analyses to meet performance and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with systems engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
