Job summary

Network Finance in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking a dedicated accounting professional to join as a post-articles accountant. You will prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and reconciliations in a high-volume environment, delivering accurate insights for decision-making.

The role requires a BCom Accounting or relevant degree with SAICA or SAIPA articles completed and at least 2 years post-articles experience; experience in retail, hospitality, e-commerce or FMCG is advantageous.

Qualifications

• BCom Accounting or relevant Accounting Degree.
• Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles.
• Minimum 2 years’ post-articles experience.
• Retail, Hospitality, E-commerce or FMCG experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy across high-volume transactions
• Analyse financial performance, investigate variances and provide meaningful insights to support business decisions
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and statutory reporting
• Support internal and external audits while maintaining strong financial controls and compliance
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and efficiencies within the business
