Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a highly capable Senior Accountant in Randburg to strengthen our finance team. The role requires completed articles (SAICA/SAIPA or equivalent), 5+ years post-articles accounting experience, and strong IFRS knowledge.

You will work with ERP systems and advanced Excel to deliver accurate monthly management accounts and financial statements. You will play a key role in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and supporting external audits, with mentoring responsibilities for

Qualifications

• Completed articles (SAICA, SAIPA, or equivalent).
• 5+ years post-articles accounting experience.
• Completed BCom Accounting Degree or Accounting Diploma.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and South African tax legislation.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of monthly management accounts.
• Month-end and year-end reporting processes.
• General ledger reconciliations and balance sheet reviews.
• Preparation of annual financial statements.
• VAT, tax, and statutory compliance submissions.
• Cash flow management and forecasting.
• Budgeting and financial analysis.
• Support external audits and liaise with auditors.
• Assist with process improvements and financial controls.
• Mentor and support junior finance team members.
