Qualifications

• Completed SAICA training contract with an Audit & Assurance elective.
• CTA qualification completed (preferred).
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and IFRS for SMEs.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, and Pastel.
• Proficiency in CaseWare working papers.

Responsibilities

• Provide junior staff with clear direction, goals, and objectives.
• Set appropriate standards and create a positive work climate.
• Provide coaching and training to improve junior staff performance.
• Perform audit fieldwork.
• Produce clear, concise financial statements for companies, close corporations, trusts, and individuals.
• Apply technical accounting expertise and analyze data effectively.
• Finalize audit opinions and financial statements.
• Complete timesheets accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain effective client relations.
• Manage own and others' time effectively against project scopes.
• Monitor progress and performance against deadlines and milestones.
