Communicate Recruitment is seeking a Newly Qualified CA(SA) or eligible candidate based in Cape Town to manage supplier accounts, reconciliations, and payment processes within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will support foreign transactions, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting, driving efficiency through ERP and Excel-driven insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Managing supplier accounts, reconciliations, and payment processes.
• Assisting with foreign supplier transactions and foreign exchange activities.
• Preparing monthly accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Supporting stock costing, inventory reconciliations, and goods-in-transit reporting.
• Analysing manufacturing costs and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Contributing to cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Preparing journals and assisting with month-end reporting processes.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Assisting with annual audit requirements and year-end financial processes.
• Working closely with operational teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Driving process improvements and leveraging technology to enhance reporting accuracy.

Job Description:

• Managing supplier accounts, reconciliations, and payment processes
