Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in 3D character animation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing best work.
• Experience with motion capture cleanup is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality character and environment animations for games and films.
• Collaborate with art director and directors to establish animation benchmarks and ensure consistency.
• Develop and implement complex character rigs and animation systems for nuanced performances.
• Provide mentorship to junior animators and foster team growth in a remote framework.
• Troubleshoot and resolve animation-related technical issues, ensuring smooth pipeline delivery.
