Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a vigilant Security Systems Installer to service the Queenstown area. You will plan installations, run cables, mount equipment, and configure alarm, CCTV, and access control solutions to meet client security needs.

The ideal candidate has experience with security hardware, low-voltage wiring, and an ability to work independently across the Eastern Cape. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for site visits are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Security Systems Installer or in a related technical field.
• Familiar with alarm panels, CCTV, and access control.
• Knowledge of low-voltage wiring, network cabling, and basic IT.
• Ability to work independently and manage time for installations in Queenstown.

This role is critical in protecting client properties through the professional installation and setup of alarm systems, CCTV cameras, and access control solutions. You will be responsible for planning installations, running cables, mounting equipment, and configuring systems to meet client security needs. The ideal candidate is meticulous, trustworthy, and possesses strong diagnostic skills to ensure the reliable operation of all installed security measures in Eastern Cape .

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test security systems including alarm panels, CCTV cameras, and access control devices.
