Job summary

Fidelity Security Group is seeking a Security Officer/Admin Reliever for the East Rand Branch in Johannesburg. You will support security operations, maintain client relations, and ensure prompt feedback to the Operations Manager while adhering to site security requirements.

The role requires Grade 12, PSIRA Grade C, with excellent Afrikaans and English writing skills, and the ability to work with flexibility in emergency postings within the East Rand area.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
• PSIRA Grade C registered and accredited.
• No Criminal Record or any pending cases.
• Own transport to and from work – No Company Transport.
• Good Computer literacy.
• Strong Afrikaans and English reading and writing skills.
• Must live in the East Rand area for emergency postings.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Services and the client with regard to security services rendered.
• Ensuring the proper feedback to client and Operations Manager.
