The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. in Durban is seeking an inspirational Assistant Counter Manager to lead and develop our team of Sales Associates, delivering outstanding service and achieving store targets in a prestige beauty environment.

You will partner with the Store Manager to coach staff, oversee daily operations, manage inventory and cash reconciliation, and ensure exceptional customer experiences during busy days, nights, weekends and events.
