Job summary

Sanlam is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to empower two or more cross-functional teams within a large value stream. You will partner with Product Owners, Developers, Testers, and stakeholders to drive alignment, flow, and continuous improvement.

You will coach teams to be self-managing, foster psychological safety, and help strengthen delivery maturity across the organisation while participating in PI Planning, ART Syncs, and Inspect & Adapt workshops under the guidance of the RTE.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or delivery leader.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean and product delivery.
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills for safe, honest conversations.
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships across teams and leadership.
• Experience supporting quarterly planning (PI Planning) and scaled structures.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Coach cross-functional agile teams to self-manage and deliver on time.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Testers and stakeholders.
• Contribute to PI Planning, ART Syncs and System Demos.
• Provide transparency into progress, dependencies and delivery outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement and delivery maturity across the value stream.
