Job summary

Inspired Education Group is seeking an experienced Estate Manager for Reddam House Umhlanga in KwaZulu-Natal. You will lead estate operations, oversee maintenance, security and compliance, and manage service staff to ensure a safe, well-kept campus supporting the school’s premier educational offering.

The role requires strong leadership, multi‑tasking and a proactive approach to facilities management across buildings and grounds, with a focus on regulation adherence and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years' experience.
• Technical knowledge and capabilities.
• Previous experience in property management, project management or similar.

Responsibilities

• Meet with management weekly to discuss estate plans and events.
• Ensure buildings, infrastructure and grounds are well cared for, maintained and secure.
• Manage daily estate operations including staff, schedules and bookings.
• Allocate job cards, supervise tasks and sign off completed work.
• Audit buildings and facilities and record inspections.
