Job summary

Reddam House Waterfall is seeking an experienced and proactive Estate Manager to lead the full operations, maintenance, and facilities management of our vibrant school campus. This role is central to ensuring that all buildings, grounds, and infrastructure remain safe, compliant, and conducive to an exceptional educational environment.

The Estate Manager will work closely with the Executive Headmaster and Senior Management Team to implement a comprehensive estate strategy, overseeing service

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in estate, facilities, property, or operational management.
• University degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the school estate, including service staff and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure buildings, grounds and infrastructure are well maintained, secure, and compliant.
• Hold weekly meetings with school leadership to align on plans and events.
• Coordinate service providers and manage third-party contractors and SLAs.
• Schedule servicing of equipment, systems, machinery and vehicles.
• Oversee safety standards and regulatory compliance (OHS) across campus.
• Support school events and campus activities with estate logistics.
• Manage staff performance within the department and communications.
