Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12)
• 2 - 5 years’ experience in customer care, of which 1 -2 years are in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Customer Care processes.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Scheduling agents.
• Monitor team performance against targets.
• Assist agents with escalations and customer resolution.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to agents.
