Cartrack is looking for a Chat Support Team Lead in Cape Town to oversee the operations of our Delivery Team. You will manage a team of 15 Delivery Support Agents, ensuring performance targets are met and providing coaching.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience leading a Call Centre team, particularly in a BPO or Logistic Call Centre setting. This role offers a permanent contract with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Call Centre Team Leader.
• Experience in a BPO environment is advantageous.
• Logistic Call Centre experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
