Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Process Development Chemical Engineer to join our on-site team. This role focuses on translating laboratory discoveries into scalable, cost-effective industrial processes and contributing to the product development pipeline and manufacturing efficiency.

You will design and analyze experiments in lab and pilot plants, develop scale-up strategies and mass/energy balances, evaluate equipment, and collaborate with R&D and manufacturing to ensure seamless

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of process development and pilot plant experience.
• Experience with Aspen Plus and statistical analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze experiments for process development and optimization in laboratory and pilot plant settings.
• Develop scale-up strategies and mass/energy balances for new chemical processes.
• Evaluate and select appropriate process equipment and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during process development and scale-up.
• Collaborate closely with R&D scientists and manufacturing personnel to ensure seamless technology transfer.
• Document all process development activities, including reports, data analysis, and recommendations.
