Job summary

Datonomy Solutions (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Test Manager for an SAP S/4HANA implementation in Cape Town. This onsite contracting role will lead test strategy, planning, and execution across multiple teams and vendors.

You will coordinate test environments, data, and access, oversee functional and non-functional testing, and provide evidence-based quality reporting to programme leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven test management experience on SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience leading test planning, execution, and UAT across multiple teams.
• Understanding ERP data migration, interfaces, and role-based access.

Responsibilities

• Define the test strategy, phases, entry/exit criteria, scope, schedule and resource plan.
• Map requirements to test coverage including regression and UAT.
• Coordinate environments, test data, roles, and dependencies with migration and interface teams.
• Lead test execution and defect triage across business teams and vendors.
• Plan validation of migrated data and end-to-end business journeys with process owners.
• Coordinate non-functional, security and performance test coverage with specialists.
• Provide transparent quality reporting and test completion recommendations for deployment.
