Job summary

Accenture in South Africa seeks an experienced SAP Finance (FI) Lead to join our Reinvention Services team at Manager level. You will serve as the principal Functional SME across SAP FI and related sub-ledgers, leading end-to-end delivery for finance transformation programmes with South Africa’s top organisations.

You will engage CFOs and senior stakeholders, validate requirements, and shape financial process design to ensure measurable value.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of hands‑on SAP FI experience, with significant involvement in full‑cycle SAP ECC or S/4HANA Finance implementations.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field; CA(SA), CIMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification strongly advantageous.
SAP S/4HANA Finance certification (required); SAP CO or Group Reporting certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP FI workstreams, ensuring functional correctness and alignment with business processes.
Drive end‑to‑end SAP Finance transformation engagements and deliver quality outcomes.
Engage CFOs and senior stakeholders to validate solutions and drive adoption of new processes.
