Job summary

SAP is seeking an experienced SAP Development and Integration Manager in Cape Town to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering development, integration, extension and automation services across a hybrid SAP estate. You will guide solution choices between in-core configuration, released APIs, side-by-side BTP extensions and governed integration patterns.

You will be a subject matter expert on modern SAP development with RAP/CDS/OData and SAP Build, Joule for Developers, and AI-enabled engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Relevant SAP certifications (advantageous).
• 7+ years SAP development and integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Development & Integration team and oversee delivery of BAU and projects.
• Govern integrated SAP landscape (BTP, API-led patterns, Event-driven integration).
• Drive secure-by-design integration and DevSecOps practices.
