• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Configure, implement, maintain and support SAP systems.
• Participate in SAP implementation projects and system enhancements.
• Ensure solutions comply with established standards, processes and best practices.
• Manage project deliverables in line with agreed timelines, budgets and SDLC requirements.

Technical Requirements

• Strong SAP functional consulting experience, particularly in SAP Employee Central (EC).
• In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM On-Premise.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and other SAP Cloud solutions, including Ariba and Fieldglass.
• Understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Experience with SAP and non-SAP system integrations.
• Knowledge of SAP solution architecture and complex technology implementations.

Minimum Qualifications
