Job summary

PwC's SAP Centre of Excellence in Cape Town is seeking an intern to assist in executing fieldwork and supporting remote PwC firms globally. The role relies on PwC tools, robotic process automation, and Excel/Sheets to deliver high-quality assurance over SAP data.

Responsibilities include data checks, testing, documentation, and clear communication with managers. Training on SAP and CoE work will be provided, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with a strong focus on Information Technology or Information Systems.
• Honours degree is advantageous.
• SAP experience or training is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Check data from remote SAP systems for accuracy and completeness.
• Understand technical concepts using resources and coaching provided.
• Execute tests and tasks based on work programmes and task lists.
• Document findings in pre-designed templates.
• Communicate with managers and remote PwC firms.
• Maintain high attention to detail and quality in deliverables.
• Manage workloads under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Participate in comprehensive training on SAP and CoE-specific work.
