Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, or Occupational Safety.
• At least 4 years of experience in sanitation, compliance, or regulatory affairs.
• In-depth knowledge of SA health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Experience auditing and developing compliance programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• Proficiency in MS Office and compliance software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sanitation compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Train staff on sanitation regulations and best practices.
• Liaise with external regulatory bodies and facilitate inspections.
• Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and audit findings.
