Hire Hangar is seeking a senior Salesforce Platform Lead to drive strategy, architecture, and hands-on delivery of our Salesforce environment in a remote setting. You will own multi-cloud implementations, lead enterprise-grade CRM projects, and work closely with internal stakeholders globally.

The role requires 5+ years Salesforce experience, strong cross-cloud knowledge, and proven ability to work autonomously in US time zones.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience across 2–3 clouds: Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Voice.
• Proven track record delivering large Salesforce implementations, not just maintenance.
• Ability to self-direct, prioritise, and deliver outcomes without micromanagement.
• Clear, professional communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Prior remote work experience with US or UK-based companies; fluency with remote tools.

Aufgaben

• Take end-to-end ownership of Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, and ongoing optimisation.
• Design and deliver solutions across multiple clouds including Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Service Cloud, and/or Voice.
• Lead large-scale CRM implementations, ensuring on-time delivery and scalable solution.
• Act as the primary Salesforce point of contact for internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Drive automation, workflow design, and integration architecture across business units.
• Ensure data integrity, platform security, and compliance with IT/MDM policies.
• Champion Salesforce best practices and maintain up-to-date documentation and change records.
• Proactively identify platform gaps and propose solutions before issues escalate.
