The Role

Sales Team Lead will manage and grow a high-volume, office-based B2C sales team. The role involves driving sales performance, coaching team members, overseeing CRM usage, and collaborating with technology and marketing teams to deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily sales team operations, resolve escalations, and remove obstacles
  • Drive sales cadence and performance through effective leadership
  • Coach, train, and develop sales staff to reach targets
  • Define and manage performance metrics to monitor success
  • Oversee CRM management, reporting, and optimisation (Zoho preferred)
  • Work with the technology team to enhance sales processes
  • Achieve agreed annual sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute campaigns and promotions
  • Foster strong customer relationships in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
About You / Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales management within a B2C environment
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in high-volume settings
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and Google Workspace
