MyCareerCraft in Pretoria is seeking a driven sales professional to grow income while making a real difference through our charity platform. You will source affiliates, negotiate deals, and build lasting partnerships across billboard and media platforms.

The role rewards a basic salary plus commissions, with a focus on hitting sales targets and expanding the platform's reach to create meaningful social impact.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and negotiation skills.
• Experience in media sales, advertising or business development (advantageous).
• Confident in approaching businesses and building long-term relationships.
• Ability to identify opportunities and secure partnerships.
• Target-driven with commission-based earnings.
• Own transport and a valid driver’s licence.
• Based in, or able to work from, Pretoria.

Responsibilities

• Source and onboard new media owners as affiliate partners.
• Negotiate and conclude trade deals across billboard and other media platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners and business contacts.
• Identify new opportunities to grow the platform's reach and impact.
• Work towards agreed sales targets and report on progress.
