Job summary

Ergasia Placements is seeking a results-driven regional sales professional in Pretoria to grow the geyser and water-heating products business. You will set sales goals, develop plans for both B2B and B2C channels, and monitor market trends.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in sales within the plumbing or geyser sector, established distributor and hardware retailer contacts, and a proven ability to lead, negotiate, and use CRM reporting to track performance.

Qualifications

• Matric.
• 3–5 years in sales within plumbing/heating/geyser industry.
• Established contacts with distributors, hardware stores, developers and plumbing installers.
• Strong understanding of water-heating systems, compliance standards, and installation requirements.
• Proven negotiation, communication, leadership and CRM reporting skills.
• Valid driver's licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Set regional sales goals, create business plans for B2B and B2C channels, and monitor market trends.
• Train and coach sales representatives, and track performance targets.
• Build relationship with building material suppliers, plumbing networks, contractors, and hardware retailers.
• Demonstrate geyser products, explain installation and energy-efficiency benefits, and provide technical guidance.
• Track revenue, manage pipelines, analyze lost deals.
