Job summary

RubiBlue, a partner of Raizcorp, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performing sales team across South Africa and Africa. You will drive revenue, coach staff, and shape sales strategies while building long-term client relationships.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to close complex deals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or equivalent in Sales/Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience leading and coaching sales teams.
• Strong track record in new business growth and client retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and expand client base across SA and Africa.
• Oversee lead generation, pipeline management, forecasting and negotiations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Executive Management.
