Overview
Sales Executive role focusing on prospecting, product knowledge, and building relationships to drive sales of labels and label consumables.
Responsibilities
- Canvassing and prospecting various industrial industries for potential qualifying customers.
- Following the Company’s sales process to sell labels and other label consumables.
- Increase sales and market share by actively canvassing, prospecting and conducting market research for potential customers.
- Following through with leads provided by management.
- Telephone prospecting, setting up appointments and following through with meetings.
- Expanding product knowledge to assist customers with appropriate solutions.
- Conducting customer site audits to gather information and understand requirements.
- Maintaining relationships with new customers to ensure continuous business.
- Professionally negotiating and structuring deals to meet individual customer needs.
Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge
- Grade 12 Matric certificate.
- Minimum 3-4 years of technical field sales experience.
- Experience following a structured sales process.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and continuously challenge oneself.
- Professional, self-disciplined and able to lead by example.
- Ability to apply training and development from The Company to meet sales targets.
