Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel by researching ideal accounts and identifying decision makers. You will craft personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone and book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.

Proficiency with Salesforce and SalesLoft is required, and familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo and ZoomInfo is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.

• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
