Blacksmith Agency is expanding its sales team in South Africa by hiring Sales Development Representatives. You will own the top of the funnel—researching accounts, locating decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified prospects for our SaaS and agency clients.

You’ll use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, Salesforce and ZoomInfo to run thoughtful outreach, grow pipeline, and maintain accurate CRM records while collaborating with Account Executives.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
