Job summary

The Building Company is seeking a Credi Sales Co-Ordinator for the Mtubatuba BUCO branch. The role focuses on customer service, quotation follow-up, and ensuring credit processes are adhered to while supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities include setting monthly and annual sales targets, coordinating with dispatch, and training Sales Consultants, all while upholding our company values and delivering exceptional service to customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Customer service and follow-up on quotations
• Attend to customer requirements and set monthly targets
• Set annual sales targets and budgets
• Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with the team
• Quote non-stock items and ensure credit limits are adhered to
• Complete credit applications and resolve credit queries
• Train sales consultants and liaise with the dispatch department
• Provide information to Finance and support sales targets
• Uphold and promote the company values and culture
